I am deeply honored and I thank each and every one of you that have supported me and placed your faith in me to represent our great organization as the FAFL Commissioner for the 2019-2020 season. I am humbled, not only by the title I am being honored with, but also because of the caliber of people whom I will be ruling over. I can not help to see the comparison between myself and other great commissioners such as Jim Thorpe, elected as President of the young NFL in 1920 by his peers based on his personal achievements, skills, and reputation. He was placed in a position of power to resolve the petty administrative conflicts between owners and to ensure that the league is strong enough to thrive into the future.
